CFO Enterprise Adds Aradhana Aggarwal As New Partner

RALEIGH, N.C., Sept. 23, 2013 – CFO Enterprise, LLC, a professional services firm providing consulting services, fractional, interim and project Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and controller solutions, and executive search in finance and accounting, has announced that it has added Aradhana Aggarwal as a new company partner. With more than 20 years of experience within the corporate world, Aggarwal has led and managed various financial and strategic functions, including accounting and consulting, for a wide range of companies and industries. She has extensive experience in leadership, management and advisory positions. Aggarwal’s technical expertise benefits companies by evaluating all aspects of their internal control systems and business processes. She assists with the identification of key risks and design of mitigating controls, documentation of principle procedures and performing pre-audit testing to evaluate existing compliance.

Aggarwal joins CFO Enterprise after having served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Center for Social Change (CSC), a private nonprofit organization based in Maryland that supports children and adults with intellectual disabilities. Working there as CFO and COO, Aggarwal offered broad management, internal control and strategic advice to the management team in addition to providing accounting and finance oversight responsibilities, and being responsible directly and indirectly for 150 employees in the organization. Prior to CSC, she served seven years in various positions at her alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, including senior financial analyst, accounting manager and ultimately director of finance, where she oversaw an annual budget of $125 million. Additionally, Aggarwal has worked as an independent consultant in various capacities. Throughout her professional career, she has sought to expand her initial background in finance to encompass other skill sets that have included human resources, operations management, system design, database management, strategic planning and other related fields.
